1. Treat ALL firearms as if they were loaded.
2. Never point a firearm at a man.
3. Never shoot when a man is in front of you.
4. Do not throw guns or play games with them.
5. Only shoot when you are sure you are ready if in doubt put the safety on and unload until you are ready again.
6. Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
7. If the barrel of a firearm is blocked, unload and clear the obstruction.
8. Dont ever mix ammo, 20 gauge shells under a 12 gauge shell in a 12 gauge gun can have a catastrophic effect on you and your firearm and may cause serious injury or in the worst case, death.
9. Be sure of what is beyond your target as a bullet may travel further than you think.
10. Overall enjoy the use of firearms whilst maintaing safety.
