Original dashcam with GPS overlay & brake:
I used to use this as a front dashcam (in my older videos) but now its a rear cam in one of my many vehicles.
A CCD camera with composite output feeds to a custom GPS overlay box from www.pic-osd.com which displays the GPS co-ordinates, speed, time, date and also the word 'BRAKE" every time the brakes are applied.
This then connects to an elcheapo but robust 640x480 recorder off ebay which records on to a SD card.

Some people must think I hate taxis or something. I give everyone an equal chance to star on my videos. The reason so many taxis seem to star on my videos is because their constantly doing stupid illegal maneuvers. If they drove like normal people or obeyed the law they wouldn't end up on my videos.
