Reelblack is a full-service film and video production company based in Philadelphia. Founded in 2002 by Filmmaker Mike D, a graduate of both NYU and The American Film Institute's CAFTS, it's goal is to identify and nurture an audience for African-American Film. In addition to REELBLACK TV, which airs in the Philadelphia Market on Comcast/FiOS, Reelblack also hosts two monthly screening series to promote "discoveries and re-discoveries in African -American film."
