Noobie Heli Doctor and mad scientist

Well I have been into heli's for years now but was turned off in the early 90's as I bought a shuttle nitro and had no one to get help from. So I crashed pretty bad a couple of times (stuck it into the grill of my truck once) and gave up until last year.
The new electric heli's sparked some interest (as I am a motor control and generator technologist) and I decided to buy a cheaper imported helicopter and I was amazed at the power and precision these machines now have.
I enjoy helping where I can as it can be difficult to get flying on your own. I was told that only 4 out of 100 who start the hobby will actually continue to fly past the first month. So I decided that as I learned I would share what I could and try to get more people to stay in the hobby. Flying heli's is extremely frustrating and rewarding at the same time every time you improve your confidence goes up, every time you crash it goes down. But the most important thing is to keep flying you (I) may never be Sazbo but there are great people in this hobby and it requires great skill and precision.
