About Me:

I was born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma. I have always enjoyed photography and videography so I was destined to a career in the television industry. In 1983 I started working at KSWO-TV in Lawton, Oklahoma. I began in the news department as a photographer/reporter then moved into the production department and finally the 6 and 10 pm News Director. In 1986 I left KSWO to take a job at KTVY in Oklahoma City. I had always appreciated the high production value that KTVY produced shows and commercials had.

Unfortunatly, several months after I started at KTVY, the station was sold to Knight-Ridder News, a company that did not believe in commercial production and original programming. They fired 35 senior employees and demoted several others, ending a long time legacy of award winning high end production. One of the first things the new owners did was throw out a ton of old sets, props, equipment, film and videotape! I spent days going through the trash, salvaging a bunch of footage and video that some of you will see here on my page.

In 1989 I left KTVY and began working at a video production company called Grekel Productions started by former KTVY production folks.

Finally, in 1994 I setup and designed the video/multimedia department of Hanger Prosthetics, the largest prosthetic and orthotic patient care organization in the world. We have 640 offices nationwide.

Today I am involved with photo and video shoots that highlight our cutting edge prosthetic and orthotic technology and the accomplishments of the amazing individuals that utilize these devices. I am also a registered assistant prosthetist and work on the design and fitting of prosthetic devices. It is a very rewarding job.

I hope you enjoy the videos from a past television era!

I loved watching all the old Channel 4 tapes!! Randy, I wish you had some tapes from the Saturday morning show that Ronnie Kaye hosted called "The Scene" in 1967 & 1968. Now that would be great seeing those!!!!

The bilateral in your video walking in slow mo on the golf course is crazy amazing. The trust that guy has in the c-leg unit is something else.
