3 tips on using WMM (windows movie maker)
-go to tools, then options, then advanced options, then make your picture duration 0.125 and you transition duration 0.25. that make all your pics go at 8 fps
-if you want 16 fps go to storyboard, click on your first picture, hold shift then click on you last picture.This selects all your pictures.Then go to view video effects, go to the bottom and the should be a thing called speed up double, RIGHT click on it and click add to storyboard. That makes all your pics go at 16 fps.
-and the best tip of all, take LOTS of photos!
