August 12, 2009-First weight loss appt. Weight 272
September 2009-Second weight loss appt. Met with nutrutionist and had my therapist submit letter stating that I was mentally sound to have weight loss surgery. Weight 274
October 16, 2009-Third weight loss appt. Weight 278
November 16, 2009-Fourth weight loss appt. Paper work submitted to insurance company for approval. Weight 287
FYI.....in the month of September I quit smoking and I gained quite a bit of weight. I replaced my habit of smoking with food.
November 30, 2009-Recieved approval from insurance company and set the date for my surgery and began my pre-op diet.
December 7, 2009-Pre-Op appt. Weight 284
December 11, 2009-Had my surgery which marked the beginning of my new life.
