Well The Truth, I'm one of those who believe that the flood spoken of in Gen. was a local one for starters. I have seen no reason to believe otherwise. The flood of that day was for a single purpose and that was to preserve the bloodline of Jesus Christ. Yes, gathering and tending the animals was an amazing accomplishment and Noah could never have done this without the hand of God. As you say, many species, although I doubt millions considering the creatures in the oceans lakes and streams were of course not included, so Noah only had the local animals to consider. Still, pretty amazing alright! I do believe the Ark found resting on Mt Ararat was Noah's Ark simply because God said this was true and I believe Him without question. I do wish there could be more research on this but since the government of Assyria won't allow this I suppose further study and proof will have to wait.

MANY LARGE WOODEN ARKS BOATS WERE BUILT THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO SINCE PEOPLE WERE TRAVELING BY SEA MANY THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO! THERE ARE MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF SPECIES OF ANIMALS ON THIS PLANET THEY COULD OF NEVER ROUNDED UP TWO OF EACH AND PUT ON AN ARK. YOU WOULD NEED 100S OF ARKS AND HUNDREDS MORE JUST TO CARRY FOOD AND WATER. AND MOST WOULD TRY AND EAT AND KILL EACH OTHER SO YOU WOULD NEED MILLIONS OF CAGES AND THOUSANDS OF HUMANS TO SHOVEL THE POOP! LOL
