Welcome. come on in and join me here in Learning about bushcraft, wilderness survival and other related outdoor pursuits. My goal for this channel is to build it up so that it will be a place where folks can come and learn bushcraft and survival skills in a wide enough focus that if a channel viewer finds themselves in a survival situation they will be able to not only survive but survive well from what they have learned here.

I have grown up wandering around in the woods hunting, fishing, camping, hiking etc. Ever since I was a kid I've been interested in, studied and practiced wilderness survival skills. I've been married to the lady of my dreams for 26 years. And after 26 years of marriage she is still the one I dream about.

Good going JBSurvive2Live. Glad it turned out well for you. Have you tried the hammock out yet? They are very comfortable. I know what you mean about the sleeping on the ground. When sleeping on the ground now days I literally sleep on at least 4 inches of foam if not more. Hope to do a video this next week but won't guarantee anything.

You are welcome CuriousKimification. Yes I know of a survival type toothbrush and believe it or not I already have it on my list of video's to do. Probably won't do the vid until summer though. Hopefully you've got a toothbrush that will last you until then. :o) I agree with you that after a day or two out in the boonies with unbrushed teeth I start to feel like I could plant a crop in my mouth and it would probably take root.

Well ya made me do it. I'm 49 years old & I went out & got me some nylon fabric & sewed up a hammock on the wifes' sewing machine. Had to ask her to help me figure out how to run it, but after that I sent her away & did my best on my own. It came out fairly decent as far as I am concerned, but not as good as what you seem to have made. Since I am gettin older, ground padding( boughs or mat) isn't as comfortable as it used to seem to be. LOL. Missing your videos, waiting on a new one from ya :-).

Thank you teacher :) Also...not to sound greedy, just wondering if you would happen to know how to make a wilderness survival toothbrush/toothpaste? If you lose your toothbrush it could be distracting.
