dcboogie, blanch the brocolli in salted water for 2 minutes,drop in cold icy water,drain and put aside.marinate the beef slices with some sesame oil, 1 table spoon water and corn flour( just a bit).mix the beef slices until no more water is seen as the beef slices soaked up all the liquid.Heat a little oil in wok until hot,put in choped garlic until colour turns a bit brown,put in beef,stir fry briefly,put in brocolli,season with salt and pepper and sugar and a bit soy sauce.serve
