Dedicated to helping people become healthier one bite at a time! I have been eating a raw food diet since 1995 due to a life-threatening health crisis. I turned to raw foods to rebuild my health. All my research is focused on specifically how to be as healthy as possible. So increase the percentage of healthy foods, and minimize the foods that are not so good. My YouTube channel is here to share the wealth of knowledge I have learned over the many years I have lived this lifestyle.
