U P D A T E •
Starting from today ((March 3, 2012)) I'm going to be looking at a lot of MMVs & looking at ways I can improve in them. Now that I have GIMP ((which makes making MMVs a MILLION times easier on SV Platinum)) I'm going to be an MMV editor for a while -- at least I'm gonna try. So expect MMV uploads for the next little bit!!

H I S T O R Y •
I started editing around the end of 2006 & like most beginner editors, I started off with Windows Movie Maker & worked with that program until Christmas of 2009, when I finally got Sony Vegas Platinum 9.0. That meant 3 years experience prior to editing with a professional program. I still only use SV Pt 9.0 to this day, along with GIMP.
When I started editing, I never imagined that I would gain a single subscriber. But then I did gain one... & another, & another, until I reached 100 subscribers. That was probably one of the most glorious days of my life. I could have reached many more subscribers on that first YT account. However, YT had suspended that account. In fact, they have suspended 8 of my accounts.
In the past, I have been known as SacredFire53465. Arkigon, Kuiinsama & many more. But now, I am ojsama & eatupmahHEART. & I want it to stay that way for the rest of my editing career. I doubt that will remain but even so, I will not stop editing. No matter what I say & no matter what things may stand in my way, I will remain an editor. It is part of my identity now & without it, I'm nothing.

Hello thar! My name is Melissa, but I like to be called Mels. I'm a 16 year old girl who loooves walruses & eating junk food. Some hobbies I have are drawing, writing, playing the alto saxophone & of course editing AMVs :D My favourite colours are green & pink but I like purple, blue & yellow as well. My ethnic background consists of a mixture of German, British & -- the most noticeable one -- Filipino.
