In Quantum Atom Theory it is the forward momentum of light that forms the forward flow of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π within an individual reference frame. The waves of light will only collapse into photons when they come into contact with the atoms of an object. Therefore the atoms of the hand and eye will collapse the wave function just like any other object. In this theory beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder! Modern science has no understanding of time, no understanding of why the future is always uncertain. It should not be beyond science to explain time as a scientific physical process. It is because each new photon-oscillation of light is a new moment in time with its own three dimensional spacetime that the speed of light is a Universal Constant independent of the motion of source or the observer. Consciousness as a stream of unbroken ever-changing flow of ideas formed by electrical activity within the brain can be seen as the most advanced part of this universal process. Therefore we can comprehend this process of continuous change or energy exchange as a future and past within our own reference frame.
