I want to thank you SO much for posting the Tao Bo advanced work out! It is, hands down, my favorite areobic exercise video of all time, and I once worked out to it faithfully. I have fallen out of shape over the years, and am mounting back up using this GREAT workout to spear head that movement. Since it's not on DVD, and I no longer own a VCR, your videos truly are a gateway to helping me reclaim my fitness. For that I am EVER grateful!
