Ma'at Hotep.
About Me:

I am an African-Centered Brother from Detroit with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I came into the knowledge of African History and Culture back in the 90's when I was in College. I was so inspired by the information that I was learning that I became a writer and starting writing about what I was learning to wake up African-Americans on campus. I was received with a lot of positive feedback even though there were a few who were critical and rejected the information without doing any further research to determine the validity of what I was teaching. They had not read any of my sources in my bibliography yet they wanted to say what was true and was not true based upon their limited circumference of awareness. One thing that I learned very quickly when I started studying which was that we have to constantly expand our circumference of awareness and research what it is that we don't know.

This YouTube Channel is a high tech extension of my writing. I can now show you the videos of the same African-Centered Scholars that were part of my bibliography and my awakening. They had a tremendous effect on me and are the reason why I was able to get my act together and graduate from College.

It is extremely important that we bring right knowledge to African-American women since they give birth to our children and are the primary teachers of our children. Relationships were hard for me in College once I gained knowledge because most Sistas on campus were in darkness. The few semiconscious ones were usually spoken for.

I recently broke up with my girlfriend because she was operating based upon a different cultural paradigm and didn't want to believe the information I was exposing her to. I never told her to stop believing what she believed. I did tell her however that she had to search for the truth as the "Helios Biblos" or The Holy Bible tells you that the Truth Shall Set You Free. With this being the case, what does a lie do? What does a half truth do? I told her to keep believing in what she believed in until she got irrefutable evidence that taught her she should do otherwise. Just like how you use to believe in Santa Class when you were a child until you got irrefutable evidence that taught you that you should do otherwise. She decided that it was too much for her and she wanted out of the relationship because I wouldn't believe in the same things she did. Hopefully I will find my Soulmate soon.

We must understand that "No nation can rise higher than it's Women." Right knowledge corrects wrong behavior. If we are going to progress as a people and truly become free, we have to free the minds of our Sisters. When we improve African America, we can improve all of America.
