Como el clavel del patio estaba seco yo, entristecido por sus tristes males baje al jardin para cavar un hueco en buena sombra entre dos rosales
Y eran rosales cerca gajo a gajo en una cercania indiferente pero al cavar un poco vi alli abajo sus raices trenzadas locamente
Asi ... esta tarde descubri el secreto de un cari?o verdadero hondo y discreto transplantando un clavel que se seco
Y, en nuestra indiferente cercania que loco ensue?o se descubriria si alguien cavara un hueco entre tu y yo

I saw the carnation in the patio was dry I, saddened by its sadness went down to the garden to dig a whole in good shade between two rose-bushes
They were close rose-bushes gore to gore in an indifferent proximity but when digging a little I saw down its braided roots there crazy Thus
Is them when I discover the secret of a true deep and discreet love transplanting a dry carnation
And, in our indifferent proximity what crazy dream would be discover if somebody dug a whole between you and I
