So when 3 Chattanooga white men were shooting high-velocity, mortar-style pyrotechnic explosives and other fireworks and said they admit to targeting black people, blacks should be taken off the Act?

When Lucas Eastwood was involved in assaulting a 58 yr old BM and he said his motive that he wanted to "beat up the black guy" blacks should be taken off the Act? Wow obvious incidents that point to it being a racial hate crime but yet blacks need to be taken off?

U believe whites are not included in the prevention act? Are u stubborn or just hard-headed? There have been black on white crimes where law enforcement was able to retrieve confessions or evidences that they did it out of racial hate. And then there are black on white crimes where it had nothing to do with race, it was a crime with no racial motivation involved, I see it's so difficult for u to grasp that idea but it happens

They don't deserve "Added protection?" What is added protection when they are already dead or assaulted? Your not making any sense. When a black offender is caught, he get punished for the crime. If u can find EVIDENCES or A CONFESSION that they commit a crime based on the victim being "white" then they can be charged for a hate crime. If it's not based on race, they get charged for even committing a violent act so why should it matter that law enforcement couldn't charge them for racial hate? It was a crime, and they will get charged. Why is it such a huge deal for them to be charged for racial hate when there were no evidences that it was?
