Luke did you buy a samsucks laptop? if you are still deciding then dont do it,get something else,anything else,the 6gig ram consists of a 4 gig and a 2 gig module with a gateway between them,this gate is way too small to handle any decent amount of info,and causes shutdowns and freeze ups ect,the raised keys also collect dirt underneath and stop working after a few months,samsung service is non existant,they just dont care,there are many many page of samsung service complaints on the net,dont do it mate buy anything but a samsung.
