At five- years- old I started walking out of my body (OBEs) and have had many paranormal / supernatural experiences' since then.

The more readings you do the easier it will be to break free from their energy. But know that it's common for that to occur before a reading and even afterwards. You can make an appt. with a client and sudden a spirit for them can show up and hang out for days waiting for the session lol. It happens! I do need to make a video on grounding techniques.
