I am now a shattered version of myself. everything changed with a knock on the door.

my only daughter Kelli was killed by two underage drunk drivers + 3 morons that sold alcohol to minors for profit.

The state of South Carolina did not charge the one underage drunk driver that lived (the other died) and instead allowed him to call a friend because he intoxicated. Why they did not take him to jail can only be attributed to the Barney Fife-ism in South Carolina.

The state did not charge the 3 idiots that hosted parties for MINORS for profit- because in South Carolina, you cant sell METH out of your private home, but if it's a DRUG called alcohol that the state makes money off of...
they look the other way.

but i'm not still bitter ;o~

i will make damn sure that Kelli's life and death matters in the world.

South Carolina is 2nd in the nation for DUI fatalities, yet the Highway Patrol here doesnt even carry a field breathalyzer.

"Kelli's Law" would change that, but the state has been ignoring it for years.
