You don't need to see a UFO or a alien to know that they are here people that have worked in the underground bases have reported it. There have been reports that the russian airforce shot down one of these called UFO's during the cold war the U.S army and the pentagon have already made document about aliens shooting down our nuclear warheads it was even on the news last year or 2 years ago about a UFO disabling a missle and over 6 nuclear silo's. Im pretty sure that we already know how to make a base on another planet with or without air.

i gotta put it like this you don't have to belive me or not call me a nutjob or what ever. The United States Airforce and the goverment already have bases outside of our solar system we already have contacted Aliens they re working with our goverments. The aliens have been on planet for thousands if not millions of years mining something or living deep under the earth. A few years ago a guy in the UK hacked into NASA's computers and already found top secret files on there network about black projects aliens and off world bases.
