About Me:
I believe in the Trinity, and their triune co-equality. Matthew 28:19. 1 John 5:7.
I believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross as the unique, once and for all sacrifice for the personal sins of mankind. John 3:16 & 36; 2 Corinthians 5:21. John 19:30.
I believe that a person receives eternal salvation by a singular moment of faith alone in Christ alone. Acts 4:12 Romans 4:5, Luke 8:50.
I believe in eternal salvation and eternal security - "once saved, always saved." John 10:28-29. John 3:15. John 5:24.
I believe in the universal indwelling of the Holy Spirit in every believer at the moment of salvation. 1 Corinthians 6:19. Romans 8:9.
I believe in the sinfulness of man and his need for the personal Saviour, Jesus Christ. Acts 26:18. Ecclesiastes 7:20. Acts 16:31.
I believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave. 1 Corinthians 15:20. John 11:25-26.
I believe that we are in the dispensation of grace: the Church Age, and are believer-priests. 1 Peter 2:5-9.
I believe in the pretribulation rapture. 1 Thessalonians 4:13.
I believe in communion, prayer, Christian fellowship, and the teaching of sound doctrine. Not as requirements for salvation but because one is saved by grace and desires to grow spiritually. Acts 2:42.
I believe in separation from those sectarian groups, churches, and organizations which violate or teach against sound Biblical doctrines. Romans 16:17.
I believe in a literal hell that all rejecters of Christ will suffer in for all eternity.
I reject: Calvinism. Arminianism, Lordship/repentance Salvation. Catholicism, Mormonism and any other cultic religion.
Those are my basic doctrinal beliefs. Now an ancillary and personal belief I hold to is that all born-again believers in Jesus Christ should be avid and incessant soul-winners thus boldly proclaiming the gospel of grace to all people. We are saved by trusting in Jesus ... that is what He did for us at the cross. Eternal life is a free gift received by faith alone in Christ alone.John 3:15. Have you ever heard of pUnKrOcKnINjAgAmEr? He responded to one of my posts saying that there was no free will in choosing god. I suspect that He's a Calvinist. I pointed him to John 3:16 but I am sure that'll go in one ear and out the other. I am thinking that he is a swine (unteachable) and not worth my time.

Okay so I viewed the video it was a bit long and there was a bit to take in especially when he was talking about some things other people taught so I will probably view it again, but I felt it gave some reassurance about that just believing that Jesus' finished work on the cross is enough to save me.
