I'm Erik, 18 and pretty skinny. I've been working out since September of 2008, and hope to bulk up a little bit. I've been asked by people if I eat and I'm sick of hearing that. I workout 6 days a week, and train for about an hour each session. I focus on my upper body, but recently I've added some leg workouts into my routine. I eat 5-6 times a day, and take 1-2 protein shakes a day. My diet is mostly: lean chicken, tuna, peanut butter, cottage cheese and other high protein foods. I'm very open to viewer's advice, so if you have any, leave some.

Stop doing curls bro. Start benching, squating, and deadlifting. You have to build a foundation first. And you also have to start eating, you're never gonna grow if you keep eating like a runway model.

hey erik mate :) im a fan of urs coz u have superb commitment and form! ur eating all the right foods now, remember HIGH PROTEIN HIGH CALORIES . i can see ur eating peanut butter-wkd :). um u mite be overtraining---research into this. u shudn't exercise more than 2 workouts consequtively, just do 3/4 workouts but big lifts in each, with workout split say back bis legs, then chest tris shoulders. each 2twce a week. u are an inspiration on de old commitment front dude keep lifting :D
