Yes I strong enough sword can cut through bullets but the momentum would have them go right into the swordsmen anyway. They wouldn't be deflected like they were in the movie. Also the bullet he cut at the end in THE SUPER COOL SLOW MOTION! wouldn't have gotten those guys to the sides of him they probably would have gone right into his eyes.
