mas vai serr dificl por causa dos danos ambientais que seriam causados caso as cidades crescam muito, provavelmente o governo iria interferir, existem florestas por todo o estado de SP e RJ. pra unir tudo teria que destruir as florestas. acho que eh por isso que SP capital tem cada vez mais predios , nao da pra crescer dos lados , tao crescendo pra cima.
