But as for Easyjet and their pathetic attempt at worst case scenario handling, I am unable to reschedule a future flight and my holiday is almost beyond my grip. Easyjet is clearly not ready to handle call volumes and website bandwidth loads, when a snow situation like today is 100% predictable. Hire more phone staff and upgrade your servers! F sake!
As I cannot book online, more and more future flights are becoming unavailable. The website goes in circles. Choosing a flight, merely takes me back to choosing a date, and we've been hanging on the phone for 1 and a half hours now listing to the shitty tunes of Robby Williams and Nelly Fertado, I'm like a turd.
As an established airline in Europe, this sort of thing shouldn't even happen. Sort yourselves out, Easyjet!
