Hey, This video rocks. I am a huge fan of this music. I am Peruvian myself but really grew up here for the most part. These are the funkiest rhythms on the planet in my opinion. Very hot music. I am so glad you made a video about it.

As you know, there isn't much devoted to Afro Peruvian music in terms of film. We'd love to talk with you sometime about your experience working with them and also potentially using some of your footage in our film. We hope to interview some of the Peru Negro performers, though our film will follow different types of Afro Peruvian musicians and dancers.
