i have a question for you
i'm trying to get a full up lib
or a rewind to anything
see at this point either of those would be nice
but i dont get it-
do you have to twist with your wrists and lead with your shoulders when you full up? and how do you stop spinning when your there?
and do you have to be able to do a back tuck on the ground in order to be able to rewind? whats the first step to learning a rewind?
your advice would help me out a lot!
