HachVideos here. Thanks for you comments. I am not used to getting messages on YouTube, so I will reply to your questions here. Nitrogen purge is essential for chlorite. It removes any chlorine dioxide prior to chlorite analysis. Many other operators use an air stone along with a needle valve from the nitrogen tank. I do not know whether you can use an air pump and will get back to you about that. Optimize for both chlorite titrations.
