Never had the nosebleeds thankfully. One thing that helped me was a very large SPOTLIGHT. When the perps start coming toward you- spotlight 'em. It works quite well. While driving, have a friend SPOTLIIGHT the drivers who are brighting and mobbing you.

Do you wake up with pieces of dried blood in your nostrils? Other Targets TIs got this symptom? I am worried a few nights now: the hired guns shooting while I sleep with a special frequency that raises the blood pressure only in the head from the neck up to cause us secret brain damage. I saw them in the street and stared at them and this frightened them and they texted a police patrol who walked behind me and shouted POLICE!!!! to intimidate me.
