I reach a staggering 226lbs in 2000 with my sixth pregnancy.I was upset with myself,I was eating unhealthy,not exercising,but most of all not believing in ME!!!


After the birth of my 7th son,I knew it was time to get the weight off.My knees couldn't take it anymore,my body couldn't take it anymore.My son was born on 12/1/2003.

On 1/1/2004 my weight loss journey begin at me weighing 212lbs. I started on the ATKINS DIET and I lost 20lbs. in 30 days.It was to strict of a diet for me,but I do eat healthy carbs.It took me about 18 months to get the weight off with trial and error.I now weigh 138lbs.

I gave birth to my eighth son on 4/4/2008.I've maintain my weight loss with the support of my husband,who also was my personal trainer throughout my weight loss journey.I focus on lifestyle changes instead of diets.It works for me.
