I am human, daughter, woman, sister, mother, friend, lover. I have traveled and been stationary. Teacher & student simultaneously. I have lived, loved, laughed, cried, screamed, been alone and had the pleasure of feeling the molecular universal hug from the Divine and KNOWING I am never alone!

As a breast cancer survivor, I was forced to confront the enemy - and to my own amazement, it was ME! Re-evaluation on my entire life began with the introduction of Yoga and its philosophies and a reconnection with Nature and all that is GO(o)D. From that discovery point I began taking infant steps back into the arms of a "welcoming humanity.
I have taken a step outside my normal parameters of thinking and furthermore determined that without the "body" the human experience cannot be embraced and enjoyed! If we could separate our "thinking mind" from our "physical body" we could appreciate this universe of organs and systems that somehow have instructions for their job encoded into the smallest DNA strand. This macro & micro universe come together and viola ... a fully functioning, talking, walking, laughing, crying and loving specimen. So never forget how amazing YOU truly are!

At some point in life : there is that Y in the road. A change in direction, a rethinking of old ways and preparation for new ways. A whack upside the head! Whatever it takes to get back to our TRUE Self : that is what needs to happen! Pretend it is a treasure hunt - only the treasure lives within your "heart" and the prize is LOVE!

YOGA: My love of SELF
Outdoor Yoga is magical (IMHO) and when you live near a State Park or other naturally beautiful setting - get outside and do some YOGA. While in Seattle we shared yoga at Alki Beach, the Pike Market , and the Orange Carbon Studio.

My love for the practice has grown as I have experienced the power of "self" healing through connecting the mind / body / spirit. It has brought a deeper realization on the healing ability of this ancient wisdom.

First : I do NOT do sub for sub and friend for friend. If I like your stuff it is my honor to sub you and pass your message in a digital bottle along. I am not in this to get mega friends, I am here to make connections, learn, reflect, grow, share and evolve. So please don't ask me and I will not ask you. I'll tell you about me ... I will show you my heart. But first you must answer a riddle. Was it a cat or a hat in the rabbit hole so deep? A tadpole is change : they say the only thing that is constant in the universe is change : to evolve requires change of the inner most kind. How deep do we look and what do we find? Are we willing to tear it apart and expose, our heart, mind, love and soul? I did it once, I'll do it twice - cuz love is all there is. Everything else makes no sense at all - but the illusion runs the show. Till one day, something or someone shares a little light. I took the pill, I can't go back - nothing looks the same.
