Biblical and theological portal for those seeking instruction in God's truth.
About Me:
before the foundation of the world
and His work in me (Eph 1:3-14). He
will carry it on to completion until
the day of Christ Jesus (Phil 1:6).
So I press on with eyes focussed on
Christ (Phil 3:14). So, I'm seeking
things above (Col 3:1). God has big plans for me and I want to align myself with Him to
accomplish his purposes (Eph. 2:10). So, life
is good. Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords! He has come to seek and to save those who are lost:
1. Repent and admit you are a
sinner - Rom 3:23 For all have
sinned and fall short of the glory of God...
2. The end of sin is death - Rom 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but
the gift of God is eternal life in
Christ Jesus our Lord. 3. Jesus died
for sinners and arose from the dead -
Rom 5:8 - But God demonstrates his
own love for us in this: While we
were still sinners, Christ died for
us.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the
world that he gave his one and only
Son, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal
life.
1 Cor 15:3 For what I received I
passed on to you as of first
importance: that Christ died for
our sins according to the Scriptures,
4that he was buried, that he was
raised on the third day according
to the Scriptures, 5and that he
appeared to Peter,[b] and then
to the Twelve. 4. Trust
in Christ alone for salvation- Ephesians 2:8
For it is by grace you have been
saved, through faith—and
this not from yourselves, it is
the gift of God— 9not by works,
so that no one can boast. 5. Repent and
to receive Christ into your life
- John 1:12 Yet to all
who received him, to those who
believed in his name, he gave the
right to become children of God.
6. Pray this to God with all your
heart: Lord Jesus, I know I am a
sinner. I know that the penalty
for my sin is death. I want to
turn from my sins and I want to trust you right now as my Lord
and Savior. Please come into my
heart and mold me into the person
you want me to become. I thank
you for it in Jesus's name! Amen!
Then follow Jesus Christ in believers baptism and in obedience to his word the Bible. Acts 2:38 Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Movies:
Passion of the Christ, The Nativity,
One Night with the King to name a few. There are also some awesome Christian movies that are timeless classics
like the Gospel of John available at Blockbuster by the way.
,
Music:
Praise and worship. Wow! It moves
the soul! I also like ambient and
classical music when I read as it facilitates concentration.
,
Books:
The Christian Bible is the book
of books and reading and applying
its truths can transform your life.
That's why its the biggest bestseller
of all time bar none. Bible Reference preferable in an electronic database
format is also a fav. I also like
books on biblical theology and Christian living, Church History and the like.
If its about God or his Church I'm
all over it. I like to browse the
writing of the Church Fathers, the reformers past and present are
awesome to read including Martin
Luthur, John Calvin, Jonathan
Edwards. I also am enriched by
Puritan writings like John Owen.
Modern day reformers like John
Macarthur, John Piper, JI Packer
are great to read as well.
I affirm: Solus Christus, Sola
Gratia, Sola Fide, Sola Scriptura
and Soli Deo Gloria
