This easel was custom designed by Renee Friedman, a contemporary artist and painter. Renee designed this easel with the artist in mind! It features a convenient, removable glass mixing palette; right on the canvas tray. There is also a built-in canvas rise (an extra lip where you rest your canvas on the easel) so that you can easily keep painting to the bottom of the canvas. This allows you to work to the bottom edge of your painting, without getting paint on the easel. The easel has a double mast and a winch system for raising and lowering your painting with ease. The double mast raises to allow for a maximum canvas height of 76 inches. The base is 24x24 inches and rests on four locking casters. The bottom painting tray is 30 inches long. The glass palette is 7x18 inches and features a white backing and cork feet (so the palette can easily be picked up off of the easel for cleaning). The easel itself is build out of solid oak and is made in the USA. A truly gorgeous and incredibly versatile easel!

The Christian tradition has attempted to hold a number of people and things responsible for the execution of Jesus, but analysis reveals that the only one responsible for it is the Christian god.
Isn't it a sin only when a person does something God does NOT want the person to do?
Carl Ginet's "In Defense of the Principle of Alternative Possibilities: Why I Don't Find Frankfurt's Argument Convincing": http://www.jstor.org/pss/2216254
By the way, I've gotten a lot of comments and questions about the notion that Jesus' death should be viewed as a suicide or felo-de-se. That seems quite reasonable to me given what appears in the New Testament -- see, e.g., John 10:17-18 ( http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?... ). Moreover, as Raymond Brown points out in his "The Death of the Messiah", a number of early Christian writers believed Jesus' death to have been miraculous and completely under Jesus' control. See, e.g., Tertullian, who in his Apology claims that on the cross Jesus "with a word expressing his own will dismissed his spirit, forestalling the work of the executioners." (Link to the quoted section of Tertullian's Apology: http://www.ccel.org/ccel/schaff/anf03... ) In short, Jesus killed himself.
Music (intro and outro): "All Glory, Laud, and Honor"

Atheism Vs. Catholicism:
Is the Catholic church a force for good in the world?
"It stands up for the oppressed and offers spiritual succour to billions say the Church's supporters. But what about the Church's teachings on condoms, gays and women priests, ask the detractors."
Speaking for the motion, Archbishop John Onaiyekan and Ann Widdencombe MP. Speaking against the motion, Christopher Hitchens and Stephen Fry.
