I spent many years struggling with my own weight and through my personal studies, LOTS of dieting trial and error, and an undying passion to figure out the key to a healthy, balanced weight (and life) I have finally learned that slowing down and embracing a nourishing relationship with real food is half the battle. The other half of the battle? Taking the time to get in the kitchen and cook!
I want to show others that by going back to basics, keeping things simple and sticking to real, whole, unprocessed foods (most of the time) anyone can create a healthy kitchen, eat well, and feel great!
