Nov 20, 2011: SANDLIN files another APPEAL asking for a NEW TRIAL.
ALDF Update Nov 2, 2011: Judge Michael Caldwell ruled in favor of ALDF's lawsuit to free Tony from Tiger Truck Stop in Grosse Tete,LA. Caldwell agreed with ALDF's argument that the permit that allows Sandlin to keep Tony was unlawfully issued by the LDWF.The judge ordered the LDWF to revoke current permit & prohibited issuance of any new permits to the Truck Stop.
