I created this channel so that you could get to know me and some of the secrets to building wealth by leveraging yourself on the internet.

But first, let me introduce myself. I was born in Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!), completed my undergraduate degree at Ohio State University and my Masters from the University of Cincinnati.

Growing up in Columbus taught me some basic midwestern values such as working hard to achieve what you want, being honest to a fault, and backing up what you say by being dependable and no BS!

However, I also grew up in your average American dysfunctional family (my parents divorced when I was in high school), so I didn't have much confidence in myself until I went away to college.

Despite that I excelled in sports, especially football, until I screwed up my knee my sophomore year of high school. I still continued to wrestle and won my weight class in the city championship, and a few years later got into Olympic Weightlifting and won the state in my weight class.

I was always on auto pilot as far as peak performance and success went. I read my first success book in the third grade (Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill).

I have experience fantastic moments in life.
Utilizing the success principle that I had read since childhood (I actually was kind of a geeky athlete. I had read every success book there was by age 20!)

One such moment was by age 30 I had raised approximately 2 million dollars (more like 20 million in today's dollars!), bought and renovated a 25,000 sq. ft. athletic club and opened one of the first privately funded, free standing Human Performance Institutes in the Midwest.

I spent the next 15 years in the field of Health/Fitness and Peak Performance working with elite athletes, executives, corporations, and munincipalities.

I loved my career but in 1997 I had the opportunity to get my real estate associate license in Florida. In 2001 I became a Real Estate Broker and opened an office.

That's where the fun began. We created a website at the same time that the real estate boom hit.

We did some SEO tricks (if you don't know what SEO is you really need to call or email me!), and we had more leads and inquiries than we could get to.

We didn't sleep for 4 years and made a lot of MONEY!

THE PROBLEM:
When it started to slow down in late 2005 I wasn't worried. I actually was happy because I needed a rest! I took a year off and got myself back in shape, partied in the Keys and goofed off.

But a year later when it was even slower I freaked out. First I beat up myself....what did I do wrong.(You know the drill!)

Then I decided to do some research. I learned that it wasn't my fault.(And if you are in a tough spot right now financially it probably isn't yours either.)

The guys at the top had packaged the sub prime loans in such a way that it was bound to bust.

But now I was faced with the question: What do I do to make money. I need to generate leads and inquiries for my real estate business as well as start something else from my home that can give me a second or ever third income stream.

After spending thousands of dollars and thousands of hours searching the internet and speaking and learning from the top internet marketers, and weeding out the scams
I finally found the system that works.
