I saw your handbalance video, I breakdance and for my first few years I started off with balances but lately my wrists have been really bad. They hurt every time i do anything even if i take a lot of time off from using them. For the last few months ive just been taking it easy and conditioning them through yoga and they are slightly getting better but still really bother me. How do you take care of your wrists in order to keep doing what you do?

how long have u been doing what you do and how old were u when you started? were u always that flexible? I started dancing and training to do stuff like that at age 16 pretty much and stretch a little over an hour every day and want to get as close to your level as is possible but am not sure if I started too late.
