T.V.: It's impossible to watch any TV show without the word "jew" in it because the jews control the media in the USA. Oh jews, you suffered so much, now look what you did to Palestine. So many commercials you forgot the show you were watching.
News: In the USA there is no news. It is more important to see the latest "star" who died from over indulgence -- or whose walking the "red carpet". What happened to the rest of the world? Let's pretend it doesn't exist.
Government: They are too busy working on the next campaign to worry about getting anything done. George Bush "I regret invading Iraq, but oh well". Sarah Palin. The idiot Republican Party who stands only for personal gain, they want to cut government spending and "entitlements" as long as they keep their own expensive health care and retirement plans.
Science: Drug companies who found the cures to fatal disease years ago, but keep on selling billions of dollars worth of pills to mask the disease, and you die anyway. Billions of dollars wasted on the SPACE STATION, and for what? That money could have been put to better use.
Social: People with Ipods and cell phones glued to their ears. Hey are you talking to yourself? Lawmakers who banned the use of cell phones while driving even though the dashboards of most cars have so many bells and whistles nobody pays attention to the road anyway. People who cut me off in traffic and then go slow, hey I'm in my car to get where I'm going fast, not to indulge your selfish needs. And hey, to the lady who nearly sideswiped me on Main St. the other day, I knew you didn't hit my car but I made you pull over anyway, I hope you learned something.

BTW-I saw you playing bass guitar in one of your videos. I actually play a bit of bass myself. (I played a lot in my early teenage years, but I don't think I've even practiced any in about a year now.)

I totally agree with you though that it's all about the money.
I still haven't completely figured out what they did or are doing to my old "Friends" list. I got a message from YT saying that they'd all been added to my subscribers list instead. Then I noticed even if you kept your channel on the old version it says "add contact" instead of "add as a friend". But when you share a video [Friends] is still a category you can send the video out to, but [Contacts] is not.
The sad part is that like you said, I've been friends with some people on here going back to 2007, and even though it's just online for the most part, I could still say that the friendships are just as valuable as my friendships offline. Now a lot of those people have got sick of it and closed their accounts, all because Google was so greedy they couldn't let a revolutionary website stay true to its roots!
All these changes have been against the users' wishes and are just intended to increase hits and time spent on the site to try to compete with Facebook and Twitter for market share. That my friend is corporate-capitalism in a nutshell: there is motivation only to increase profits, not to serve human need.

Good to see you got your channel back on the previous version. I totally agree with you about the ridiculousness of the YT "updates". I liked the older version with bulletins the best!
