Yes battlecat does attacks in downloadable version :) and this video is a bit outdated , you can spawn him only by he-man with up,up attack move, visit ingame "how to play" to get special moves but most of them are pretty basic and easy to figure out, hit forward twice to run.Subscribe for most recent news about game.

http://www.chronocrash.com/... Archive contains openbor engine to run the game, exe is for windows and apk file is for android, these are the ones I'm using the most.
Windows version is ready to play, just run openbor exe and it will play pak file inside a paks folder.
Android APK file neeeds to be installed on android device
After installation you should run openbor engine once to create all required folders on sdcard, then exit openbor (it wont run the game cause all data is inside of pak file)
Move pak files from paks folder of the archive to paks folder in openbor folder on your sdcard, then move touch.txt to saves folder which is in openbor folder.Touch.txt is config to display touch buttons on android, it's not required but im using it to place buttons onscreen exactly like i want.
Now if you have he-man pak in paks folder then you can run openbor again and it should work, i tested it many times on my android phone.
Game is also playable on other platforms, OpenBOR engine was ported to Android,Wii, Mac, Linux, Dreamcast even PSP, all info is on gamejolt.
