@hazubekishi .. thanks for sharing your opinion.. but I actually use to eat a Weston A Price diet.. full of grass-fed organic animal foods and it only made my health problems worse. I have a lot more experience than you may realize. I got into health and nutrition when I was like 14 and have been studying and trying different things out ever since. A lot of these new people on youtube are fairly new into this whole thing. I do have a lot of experience under my belt. As far as I know that book by LIerre Keith has also been debunked.

@DrewDubious .. Yes sir that is correct. Yeah it sure is delicious irony. There is a lot of arrogant pricks on youtube. People who send negative vibes out will eventually get it back returned to them. In this case Praxxus and SecretsofLongevity are two that it has happened to. Always tell the truth and eventually it will get around and people will see it. In this case Praxxus is a prime example. Anyways thanks for the heads up bro. Peace :D
