This is a Tool Assisted Speedrun. The aim is to complete the game as fast as possible. This TAS does not finish the game, as it wasn't finished. Since it isn't being worked on, it's not really a WIP anymore either. Let's say it's a project for you people out there to finish.

Wow it's been a long journey. I've learned so much about this game, found a bunch, and met a lot of cool people. I'm sorry I couldn't finish it, but I just don't have the motivation. There are technical issues with it, mainly superswimming being impossible to optimize, even with scripts. So this TAS should be used as a reference of some sort, not actually used. Mainly because the superswims before Forsaken Fortress 1 are both using the old method instead of the optimized method, so they lose several seconds each.
