Im an Islamic lecturer and professor born in Jamaica but raised in Canada who converted to Islam in the early seventies. I traveled to Saudi Arabia where I completed a BA (Madeenah) and MA (Riyadh), followed by a PhD (University of Wales) in Islamic Theology in the early nineties. I have taught Islamic Studies at both secondary (Manarat Al Riyadh) as well as university levels (American University in Dubai), in addition to working, lecturing and writing in the propagation of Islaam.
