does astral projection really work..?

i felt the expanding once while i was meditating!it was like my energy field grew it felt good!

I AP'd when I was about 5. Around 20yrs., my body went numb several times. It was a bad experience. Like something was trying to control me. I fought it, and beat it. But at the end of this war an evil male voice would call out a nasty name or message.
I seem to have lost the ability to meditate now, when I really want and need it. Especially astro projection. Am seeking others to meditate with in the Buffalo, NY area.

i had a obe couple times in my life. and you can choose if you wanne go futher or just stop it etc.
but my question is can you go dead?? that why im afraid off. but i wanne do obe its beautifull.

i did astral once but my vision was black&white i try to see myself but had dificulties cuz i was almost transparent on the soffa.any tips on better my vision?thnx

Hi, you mentioned a place of "bright colours" during one of your AP/Meditative states and i was wondering if you could give me your opinions on an experience i had. When i was lying down to try and explore the boundary state between awake/asleep, i had a minor kundalini experience where the top of my head felt like it was exploding upwards, intensely pleasurable, then i got launched into this 3D space of twirling/twisting BRIGHT saturated colours, a fractal jungle. It was morphing, hard to describe, but i slowed it down to a standstill by asking "wait, what is this?" and a mirror image of myself appeared and smiled/winked.. then it all disappeared and i was propelled out of my physical body, my face at the end of the bed against the wall, i pass out then wake up.
