II am refering to your Chicago tour. There are some things that I do not agree with and here they are. You said the black community was ruined by the welfare system. I have to say that is not true it really helped me when I was at a point where I could not afford food. Its not a race issue because we are no longer segregated, its about money. I live in what you may cal a t neighborhood. Its not that the "white neighborhood" is better than the "African American" because we are not segregated anymore. Its about education and money. If you can't afford the white neighborhood you will not live there because you will struggle. I live in a white neighborhood because I finished college and got a good paying job. And I have to say public assistance really helped me when I was in college and on a tight budget. The welfare system did not ruin the black community lack of education did.
