Hey My name is Emily and im in highschool i love cheerleading and a was a gymnast for 9 years. I fractured two bones in my back ending my gymnastics career and putting me in a back brace for 6 months. i picked up cheerleading a few years after i healed and i have fallen in love with it ever since!

hi, i was wondering if you have any stretches i could do to improve my splits. I ALMOST have my right splits, im like 4 inches away from the ground! But when it comes to middle, im more like 10 inches off the ground...do u have any suggestions how to improve? Also, I can to a heel/ankle stretch PERFECTLY with my shin on the ground, but when i try to get up and do it, i cant seem to get my leg straight. Its bugging me because i know im SOOO close at all of these skills!!

the jumps video really helped! Thanks! I have a question though: Ok so, for a toe touch, are your feet up infront of you, or on the side of you. In other words, im getting confusedbetween the look of a spread eagle and a toetouch (a video on the differences would help please). Also, could you make a video about techniques for bases in stunting? Thanks Emily!

Heyy i just wanted to let you know that ur recent how to backhandspring video helped me..I had fears of flipping back and i always do what you said in the video i do it on my bed everytime i get to and i always try to do it without bending my arms..thanx again
