real story is this:once the boy realized that his breaks went out he didnt want to tell the girl and scare her so, he had her say i love you to him so he could hear her say it one last time he had her hug him so he could feel her hug him one last time he had her take his helmet and were it so that she would live evn though it meant he would die.
