without a doubt THE worst company I ever worked for! 5 years of sweat to get shat on by 'managers' who don't even deserve the oxygen they breathe! Happy to see them lose bucketloads during the ashcloud saga. I now work for a medium sized travel company who actually appreciate my work! Up yours Thomson!

We tried to book a holiday on the Thomson site several times at the beginning of the year .It's impossible ,whatever holiday you try to find information on ,you receive the same answer i e: the site is having technical difficulties ,please phone this number .We booked with another company for our June holiday .Now we're looking for a Nile cruise and the same is happening .Thomson ( it's the same with First Choice )must obviously be aware of this and so could you please explain to me if it's some sort of marketing ploy or you're IT people are working for another company because again we're being ushered away from your site and will have to book with a holiday company that provides no hassle information on their site .BTW I've mentioned this several times when visiting holiday shops and not even your own people have an explanation or are the slightest bit concerned
