[The Taegeuk (太極) symbol above stands for harmony and origin of the universe]

HISTORY and SCIENCE tell you that the so-called "Japanese people" are in fact descendants of Koreans. There is ample historical evidence that ancient Koreans started migrating massively to Japan around the 4th century BC.

By the end of the 4th century AD, Korea had established itself as the most prominent provider for the roots of Japanese civilization and culture, and continued to influence the development of Japan in the following centuries.

About Me:

IT IS AN UNDISPUTED FACT that East Asian civilization originated in the Eurasian continent (China and Korea), not the islands (Japan).

It's also an undisputed fact that ancient peoples migrated from the west to the east:
Eurasia ⇒ Korean penninsula ⇒ Japanese islands.
.
However, Chinese and Koreans are two different groups of peoples. CHINESE ARE FROM THE SOUTH while KOREANS ARE FROM THE NORTH (Siberia). That's why they belong to totally different language families. Chinese belongs to SINO-TIBETAN, and Korean belongs to ALTAIC.

Guess what -- JAPANESE ALSO belongs to the ALTAIC LANGUAGE FAMILY, and is most similar to Korean (with EXACTLY THE SAME SENTENCE STRUCTURE and ALMOST IDENTICAL VERB CONJUGATIONS).

For example, the Tsushima (対馬) islanders are genetically more similar to Koreans than to Japanese. The island (now Japanese territory) is closer to the mainland Korea than Japanese Kyushu and was once a part of Korean territory.

There are four proteins; ADR, ADW, AYW, or AYR is found on the surface of Hepatitis B virus. Among Koreans, 100% of the protein found on HB-virus is ADR. According to a genetic test on Hepatitis-B administrated by the Ministry of Health (厚生省) of Japan, the mainland Japanese people's Hepatitis B virus contains ADR and other proteins at the ratio of 7:3.

Nevertheless, ADR is found almost 100% from the islanders, which is identical to Koreans.

(FYI, Chinese have a mixture of ADR and ADW. Only Koreans have purely ADR -- another evidence that Koreans and Chinese are two different groups of peoples.)

Japanese people by no means can claim themselves to be a separate race or ethnic group -- whether linguistically or genetically. Modern Japanese people are just a bunch of different Asian mixtures, mainly Korean (24.2%) and Chinese (25%).

In fact, the first time they were united in history was only at the end of the 16th century AD (1590). In other words, they didn't even have a national identity until 400 years ago, a fact extremely exceptional to East Asian civilization and culture.

The written history of China begins with the Shang Dynasty (商, from 1600 BC to 1100 BC). The origins of Chinese culture, literature and philosophy, developed during the Zhou Dynasty (周, from 1122 BC to 256 BC) that followed the Shang. The feudal Zhou Dynasty eventually broke apart into individual city states, creating the Warring States period (戰國時代, from 403 BC to 221 BC). In 221 BC, Qin Shi Huangdi (秦始皇) united the various warring kingdoms and created the first Chinese empire (秦).

The written HISTORY OF KOREA begins with the founding of GOJOSEON (古朝鮮) in 2333 BC. The Proto-Three Kingdoms period (原三國時代, from 108 BC to 57 BC) is the time before the rise of the Three Kingdoms period (三國時代, from 57 BC until 668 AD) and occurred after the fall of Gojoseon.

After the fall of Gojoseon in 108 BC, Buyeo (夫餘) arose in today's North Korea and southern Manchuria, from about the 2nd century BC to 494 AD. Its remnants were absorbed by Goguryeo (高句麗) in 494, and both Goguryeo and Baekje (百濟), two of the Three Kingdoms of Korea, considered themselves its successor. Shilla Dynasty (新羅) conquered Goguryeo and Baekje, and reunited Koreans in 668 AD.

Japan first appeared in written records in 57 AD in China's Book of Later Han (後漢書):
Formed from more than one hundred tribes, they come and pay tribute frequently.

Moreover, the Chinese Book of Sui (隋書, published in 636 AD) specifically and consistently refers to the Japanese (倭 Wa) and Koreans (三韓 Samhan) as the same race or ethnic group.

It is generally agreed by most international scholars that the Japanese imperial family was descended from Koreans from the BAEKJE Dynasty. (There is absolutely no written record in Japan as to the origin of the Japanese imperial line, but only legends and myths even until the 3rd century AD, when Korea was already a group of fully-developed and centralized kingdoms)

For example, the Soga clan (蘇我氏) was one of the most powerful clans in Yamato Japan and played a major role in the spread of Buddhism in that country.

The Soga Clan is of direct Korean descent due to the fact that a Korean clan moved to Japan and became the Soga Clan. For many generations, in the 6th and 7th centuries, the Soga monopolized the position of Great Royal Chieftain (Ō-omi) and was the first of many families to dominate the Imperial House of Japan by influencing the order of succession and government policy.

Soga no Iname's (head of the Clan, served as Great Minister from 536 until his death in 570 AD) ancestor's name Soga no Koma (蘇我高麗) is references in Chinese characters to Goguryeo (高麗), one of the Three Kingdoms of Korea.

█ FURTHERMORE, during Soga no Umako's (蘇我馬子) time of influence, the capital of Japan was temporarily transferred to Kudara Palace in Nara (奈良), from 640 to 642 AD, here referring to Baekje (Kudara) and Korea (Nara), respectively. IN ADDITION, Yamato Imperial Court officially edited the Shinsen Shōjiroku (新撰姓氏録, New Selection and Record of Hereditary Titles and Family Names) in 815 AD as a directory of royalties and aristocrats. According to the directory, 185 clans have roots in Korea while 174 clans have roots in China (120 clans have roots in Baekje, 48 clans have roots in Goguryeo, and 17 clans have roots in Shilla). █ The Ōuchi family (大内氏) was also one of the most powerful and important families in Japan during the reign of the Ashikaga shogunate (足利幕府) in the 12th to 14th centuries, descended from the Baekje Dynasty's royal family. Their domains, ruled from the castle town of Yamaguchi (山口市), comprised six provinces at their height, and the Ōuchi played a major role in supporting the Ashikaga in the Nanboku-cho Wars (南北朝時代 1336 - 1392) against the Imperial Court. The Ōuchi remained powerful up until the 1560s.

Hey if you look at rcc1111's profile on the comments there is an idiot who thinks that because Taiwan and Korea are now peaceful he thinks it's because of Japan. He then uses an impoverish nation (Philipenes) to further his cause. The guy is a victim of Japanese pro-poganda.

Go the rest of Asia! The rest of Asia do not even consider Japan as Asians

Japanese are uploading old sources and old videos on Youtube trying to prove that Korean Culture isn't popular in Japan and also that they aren't really much related to Korea. If you see how old these videos they upload are, it's mostly before 1999. It's 2009, genetic DNA testing is much more advanced, and it is an undeniable fact that Korean culture is popular all over Asia, especially China and Japan.
