I find it fascinating that in the past 35 years, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police
Department has used coroner's juries for every controversial police killing.
Incredibly, NOT ONE cop has ever been faulted for killing another human being.
Translation: Officer Derek Colling (aka Killer Colling) has carte blanche to
murder in cold blood as he sees fit to.

I'm trying to make contact with the editor of "Las Vegas Review-Journal." They're making the claim that they own the copy right to the video. I'll let you know what they say to how they got the video. Removed due to a copyright claim by Las Vegas Review-Journal on Apr 25, 2011

It's good to see that you get a second "15 minutes of fame," not that many people are that fortunate. I don't think many people remember you from Inglewood, seems like yesterday that happened.

@policecrimes Clearly I shot this video. CLEARLY. The newspaper DOES NOT own the video. Whats wrong with using "FAVORITES" or "LIKE"? What gives these people entitlement to a video I OWN THE COPYRIGHT too? I am in debt hours and hundreds of dollars TRYING to keep that copyright mine. Not too mention that in inglewood, everybody paid me for it. So, I know a little about licensing & Copyright. Only 2 I am aware of that contacted me for PERMISSION. Those that didn't...........

I'm curious to why you're having Youtube delete your video from certain channels and allowing many-many other channels to continue to show your video?

You said you have made no money from this video? If this is true why is a Las Vegas newspaper saying they have ownership of the video?

Just like to get the facts straight before I make comment.

If the Las Vegas Police Department did not prosecute, or even fire, Officer Derek Colling for murdering a 15-year-old in cold blood (according to the child's mother), there is no chance that Colling will be let go for "merely" feloniously assaulting Mitchell Crooks, an adult. Colling not only shot the aforementioned youngster in the head, he was also involved in another controversial fatal shooting. In addition, Colling has been the recipient of dozens of brutality complaints, all of which were deemed unfounded.

Most cops start their careers with the best of intentions but degenerate into deluded, sociopathic bullies. Police officers are gradually, subtly, subliminally brainwashed into dehumanizing civilians and viewing them as the enemy. Definitive embodiments of this mind alteration are the cops in your videos. Abuse of their minuscule, unearned power perpetually feeds their unwarranted god complexes. Unfortunately, over 99.999% of police crimes are not captured on video. Even when they are, the recordings are usually destroyed by the police, as they attempted to do to your Derek Colling tape.

If a COP has to chase down a suspect they use what is called a "Running Tax". (common term among police). I can see if you KNOW they just did something horrible. Sure.. I can understand a heavy knee on some guilty asshole. But your case was TOTALLY OUT OF LINE! He needs fired and jailed at least a couple months.

to abusing drugs and/or alcohol. Yet more proof that police officers are
